Accessibility Statement

Ty Sylfaen is a two-storey 19th-century cottage. The bedrooms are upstairs on the 1st floor.  The stairs have one handrail on the left side of the stairs.  There is parking in the layby directly outside the front door but has a step up onto the pavement. The front door opens directly in the lounge and from the lounge, there is a step down into the kitchen.  The ground floor bathroom is off the kitchen, but neither bathrooms have been adapted with support rails nor entry showers.

The kitchen door leads outside onto the terraced area, but there are two high steps down into the garden.
